The Kilbuck Township Wal-Mart developer's report to the Department of Enviromental Protection was due Friday.

In September, the land near the development poured onto Route 65 in a massive landslide.

Details from the report, which is expected to highlight plans for stabilizing the hillside to keep a landslide from happening again aren't expected to be released until Monday.

As of Friday afternoon, a spokesman from Wal-Wart said company officials have not seen the report and aren't commenting on whether they will move forward with the project.

State Rep. Jim Ferlo is asking the state attorney general's office to investigate what went wrong, saying there were dramatic lapses in local government oversight.
