The district attorney in Westmoreland County has asked that the warrants in the shooting death of Sen. Bob Regola's 14-year-old neighbor stay sealed, again.

State police searched Regola's Hempfield Township house back in August after his neighbor was allegedly shot with Regola's gun.

So far, no one has been able to find out what was taken out or what police were looking for.

WTAE Channel 4's news exchange partners at the Tribune Review reported that lawyers have until the Nov. 27 to appeal.
