Arrest Made In Fatal Shooting Outside Downtown ClubPOSTED: 7:23 am EST November 4,
2006 PITTSBURGH -- Two people were shot outside the Dowe's On 9th nightclub in downtown Pittsburgh early Saturday morning, police said.One man, Richard Hampton, 29, from the Hill District, died at 2:05 a.m. at Mercy Hospital.The other victim, a 24-year-old woman, was also taken to Mercy Hospital and treated for a leg wound.Police said they arrested 23-year-old Marzell Turner, of the Hill District, on Saturday afternoon in connection with the shooting.Police said they believe the shooting was a result of an argument that began inside the club.
