2006 SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. -- Authorities said to not be surprised if you see state police cars driving around school grounds once or twice a week.It is a new program born out of the tragedy in Nickel Mines, Pa., where a man murdered five Amish schoolgirls.The Somerset County state police visits will occur randomly, during the week.The troopers will patrol both public and private schools within their normal coverage area or where departments only patrol part time.
