MLB Game Summary - Pittsburgh At Boston

Mark Bellhorn homered and Johnny Damon drove in a pair of runs to power the Boston Red Sox past the Pittsburgh Pirates, 8-7, in Grapefruit League action at City of Palms Park.

Kevin Millar finished 3-for-3 with an RBI and Bellhorn ended with two hits for the Red Sox, who pounded out 14 hits in the win.

Tim Wakefield earned the win, as he allowed a run on four hits in six innings.

Former Red Sox farmhand Freddy Sanchez had two hits, including a home run, and three RBI for the Pirates, who slipped to 10-13-1 this spring.

Mark Redman was tagged with the loss after being rocked for seven runs - six earned - on 10 hits in just four frames.
