Baltimore, MD -- (Sports Network) - Behindatthebar has been scratched from Saturday's Preakness Stakes at Pimlico due to an injury. Trainer Todd Pletcher said the colt has a bruised left front foot.Winner of the Lexington Stakes, Behindatthebar was the third choice for the second leg of racing's Triple Crown at 10-1 in the morning-line and drew post five in the 13-horse field. The three-year-old has been training at Belmont Park and was slated to arrive at Pimlico Saturday morning. Pletcher reported that the bruise was discovered after the thoroughbred galloped Friday morning. Pletcher, who trained the filly Rags to Riches to victory in last year's Belmont Stakes, indicated that Behindatthebar is still a probable starter in the third and final race of the Triple Crown. Behindatthebar won his last two starts after finishing fifth in the El Camino Real Derby. He has earned $277,100 with three wins in five starts, all this year.
