Channel 4 Action Sports is seeking your input for Operation Football's Student-Athlete of the Week.

There are two ways to nominate somebody for the award:

When submitting your nomination, you may include statistics, grade-point average and community service factors that should be considered.

Each week's winner will receive a trophy and be honored during a school assembly. A member of the Action Sports team will attend the assembly, and highlights will air on Action News and ThePittsburghChannel.com.
