Jeff Cook died at UPMC Presbyterian on Friday after a liver transplant could not save his life.

Cook's wife and daughter also ate at the restaurant in early October but only Cook and his daughter became ill.

Family and friends gathered on Tuesday for funeral services in Aliquippa.
