Lawsuit Filed Against Chi Chi's

A Pittsburgh personal injury attorney and a Seattle law firm have filed a lawsuit on behalf victims who contracted hepatitis A from the Beaver Valley Chi Chi's.

According to a press release from the law firm Marler Clark, the lawsuit was filed uin Beaver County Superior Court on Friday. The suit alleges that Mark Holton ate at Chi Chi's on Oct. 4 and started experiencing hepatitis A symptoms on Oct. 27. He was hospitalized for two days. In addition his wife, Amy, and his son, A.J., also began experiencing symptoms.

The complaint seeks damages for all related medical costs, wages lost and unspecified damages.
