The Pennsylvania Department of Health reported that the victim was a man in his 50s who also had underlying health conditions.

The man died earlier in October, according to the state health department, which did not identify him.

A 27-year-old man who died in September was the county's first fatal case of H1N1 flu. That person's name was never released publicly.

So far, Pennsylvania has received just 937,000 doses of the H1N1 flu vaccine.

A massive shipment of 5 million is expected to pour into the state between November and January.

"We're hopeful -- by mid-to-late November -- to supply the vaccine so people can get it from their health care provider," said Dave Zazac, of the Allegheny County Health Department.
