2009 PERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A sport utility vehicle traveling in the wrong direction of southbound Interstate 79 collided with oncoming traffic overnight, killing the other driver.Jacob Hively, 26, of Spencer, W.Va., was killed in the crash that caused severe damage to both vehicles, state police said. Hively was pronounced dead at the scene.The 33-year-old driver of the SUV traveling in the wrong direction was not identified, but it was said that she is from Casper, Wyo. She was taken to West Virginia University Hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.State police said alcohol was believed to have factored into the collision in Greene County.
