10 Ways To Stay On Your Game While Watching The Game

Here are some ideas to make Super Bowl Sunday happier and healthier.

1.Make your own Reverse Diet Pizzas using tons of veggies and low fat or fat free cheeses
2.Use non fat plain yogurt or fat free sour cream to mix up the dip. Use veggies for dipping.
3.Make nachos using fat free cheese, veggies, and baked chips that are low in sodium.

5.Take a walk at halftime.
