State Police: Suspect Isn't Man Caught On Camera In Fayette BurglaryMan In Surveillance Photo Not Jeffrey Guhl, State Police SayPOSTED: 10:09 am EST November 1, 2009 HENRY CLAY TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Pennsylvania State Police have dropped the charges against a man who troopers thought was involved in a Fayette County burglary.Two people were caught on a deer camera on Monday breaking into a house at 571 Mae West Road in Henry Clay Township at about 1:45 p.m., according to state police.Troopers initially identified one of the men in the surveillance photo (seen on the left) as Jeffrey Guhl and issued a warrant for his arrest. On Saturday, troopers said the man in the surveillance photo is not Guhl, and they have since dropped charges.The search continues two men who state police said forcibly entered the house by breaking a window.
