2009 UNIONTOWN, Pa. -- State police in Uniontown have charged a Fayette County couple after the pair allegedly stole a computer by using their daughter as a shield.Police told Channel 4 Action News that Derek Vivio, 27 and Jessica Henderson, 24, put a computer into their shopping cart in a South Union Township Walmart store.Police said the couple then had their 3-year-old daughter lie on top of the computer to hide it as they pushed it out of the store on Sept. 29.Police said when they confronted the couple, they confessed and Vivio told officers he "disposed" of the stolen computer.
