2009 CASTLE SHANNON, Pa. -- A 22-year-old Castle Shannon man who worked with Cub Scouts at a local summer camp is facing charges of possessing child porn.A grand jury indicted Phillip Tielke this week.Authorities said they found child porn on his computer in October.Tielke worked as the aquatics director at Heritage Reservation in Farmington in Fayette County.Tielke, who has been suspended from his job, is free on bond.
