2008 BROWNSVILLE, Pa. -- Police in Fayette County are searching for a person who hanged a black cat on Thursday.The animal was found dangling from a tree near South Hills Terrace in Brownsville.The Fayette County Humane Society is offering a reward up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.Anyone with information about the case is asked to call 724-438-3121.
