There are only 300 to 400 left in the wild," Cyrus said. I can guarantee it. There will be a time," Cyrus said. "The next time Miley's tour bus rolls through Pittsburgh, she's going to come out here to the zoo and see Billy Ray because she'll love him as much as I do."Caretakers have been hand-feeding Billy Ray since birth because his mother, Toma, has refused to nurse the cub.
