A finalist from the smash reality show "Joe Millionaire" is defending her past turns as a bondage and fetish movie actress.

Sarah KozerThe Smoking Gun Web site revealed Wednesday that Sarah Kozer, 29, appeared in dozens of bondage and fetish movies under the name Cindy Schubert. The site -- which backed its claims with screen grabs of Kozer in the films -- contacted her about participation in the lurid movies, but got no comment.

But in Thursday's edition of the New York Daily News, Kozer's spokesman, Phil Viardo, said Kozer started doing the films a couple of years ago, because "she was in law school and needed to pay the bills."

"It seemed like a good opportunity," Virado told the Daily News. "She couldn't believe she could get paid for doing something so silly."

Virado also insisted in the interviews that Kozer did not remove her clothing for the films, which were carried such titles as "Helpless Heroines: Girls Will Bind Girls" and "Tickled and Abused." Her foot fetish films included "Dirty-Soled Dolls" and "The Agony of De Feet."

In the films, Kozer played such roles as a hog-tied cheerleader, the Daily News reported.

Virado said Kozer told the Fox network about her past when interviewing for "Joe Millionaire." Her resume on the show's Web site didn't reveal her work in the films. She listed "sales and design" as her occupation. When asked on the site about the "wildest" thing she's ever done, Kozer replied her "'wild' things involve adventure or romance."

Fox declined questions from The Smoking Gun Web site about Kozer, saying it didn't comment on personal lives of participants.

Kozer is one of three contestants left on the show, where a $19,000-a-year construction worker named Evan Marriot dupes women into believing he's worth $50 million.

The Daily News reports, however, there's more to Marriot than the construction worker Fox makes him out to be. The paper said his resume also includes turns as a prep-school student, fashion model, aspiring actor, and wrestler.
