2008 UPPER ST. CLAIR, Pa. -- A judge will not allow claims against individual employees to be heard in a lawsuit filed by a female student who reported being raped by a male student at Upper St. Clair High School. The girl said the Upper St. Clair School District and some employees didn't protect her, even though she told a teacher about other alleged attacks.WTAE Channel 4's news exchange partners at the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review report that U.S. District Judge Gary Lancaster will allow claims against the school district to stand, but he will not allow individual claims against administrators and staff members. The 14-year-old boy had been accused of raping three girls and sexually assaulting a fourth. He was charged as a juvenile, so his name is not being released. The teen boy has pleaded guilty to some charges related to those accusations and will be sentenced in December. A judge's gag order in juvenile court is keeping details from being made public. The boy remains on house arrest and is not allowed back in school.
