(Sports Network) - David Jackson finished with 13 points and a career-high 10 rebounds, as Penn State stunned 18th-ranked Indiana, 68-64, in overtime at the Bryce Jordan Center.

Jeff Brooks scored a career-high 12 points and grabbed six boards, while Talor Battle chipped in with 10 points, six boards and five assists for the Nittany Lions (15-15, 7-11 Big Ten), who closed out the regular season by winning three of four.

Indiana will enter the Big Ten Tournament in Indianapolis as the third seed and will play the winner of the matchup between sixth-seeded Minnesota and 11th-seeded Northwestern.

Penn State earned the seventh seed and will battle 10th-seeded Illinois in the opening round.

Trailing 58-55, Jackson completed a three-point play to tie the score with 22.9 seconds left in regulation. Indiana had a chance to win the game, but the Nittany Lions defense forced Gordon to take an off-balanced shot, sending the game into overtime.

Jackson nailed a putback to make it 63-61 with 1:51 to go in the extra session. After Stanley Pringle converted 1-of-2 from the charity stripe for a three-point edge, Gordon missed a three-pointer and Battle pulled down the defensive board with 22 seconds left.

Battle sank both free throws to push the lead to 66-61, but Jordan Crawford knocked down a trey at the other end to cut the deficit to two with 18 seconds on the clock.

Pringle made 1-of-2 from the line to make it 67-64, but Armon Bassett and Gordon missed threes in dying seconds and Battle added another free throw to account for the final score.

Indiana opened a 14-11 lead after DeAndre Thomas hit a layup seven minutes into the contest. Penn State then followed with a 15-6 run, capped by a Mike Walker three-pointer to pull ahead 26-20. The Hoosiers trailed 31-30 at the break after White converted a pair from the free throw line.

Penn State scored the first five points of the second half to reclaim a six- point advantage, but the Hoosiers responded with a 14-0 run to pull ahead, 44-36, with 12:08 remaining. After Crawford started things off with a pair from the foul line, Gordon took over, notching 12 consecutive points. Gordon was a perfect 3-for-3 from beyond the arc during the spurt.

However, the Nittany Lions refused to go away, countering with a 10-2 run to tie the score at 46. An Andrew Jones layup capped the flurry with 8:52 left in regulation.
