NCAA Game Summary - Long Beach State At Cal Poly

San Luis, Obispo -- (Sports Network) - Donovan Morris scored 17 points off the bench as the Long Beach State 49ers squeaked by the Cal Poly Mustangs by a 63-60 final in Big West Conference action. T.J. Robinson posted 13 points for Long Beach State (15-13, 10-5 BWC), which got 10 points apiece from Larry Anderson and Stephan Gilling. Titus Shelton scored 15 points in defeat for Cal Poly (7-20, 3-12). The Mustangs also got 14 points from Shawn Lewis, 12 points from John Manley and 10 points from Chaz Thomas. Long Beach State shot 13-of-15 from the foul line in the first half and held a 32-31 lead at intermission. Over the final 20 minutes, the 49ers hit one more shot from the floor than the Mustangs, good enough to earn Long Beach State the win. A 20-9 advantage in points from the foul line and 16 forced turnovers helped the 49ers claim the win.
