New Rochelle, NY -- (Sports Network) - Anthony Winbush scored 17 points to lead the Loyola-Maryland Greyhounds to a 70-63 triumph over the Iona Gaels in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference clash.

Marquis Sullivan netted 14 points for Loyola-Maryland (12-19, 7-11 MAAC), which got 10 points from the Brett Harvey.

Gary Springer posted 18 points and nine rebounds in the loss for Iona (12-18, 7-11). Devon Clarke scored 12 points for the Gaels, who got 11 points and nine assists from Scott Machado.

Loyola-Maryland trailed 33-32 at intermission despite shooting 52.6 percent from the floor in the first half.

The Greyhounds hit 5-of-9 three-pointers and 9-of-9 free throws over the final 20 minutes to claim the win.

Loyola earned a 30-10 edge in bench points, key to the victory.
