Pennsylvania residents who own a Dell computer may be eligible for a refund.

The payout is part of a multistate settlement stemming from complaints from consumers who thought they were purchasing Dell products with zero- or low-interest financing but didn't qualify and were instead charged higher rates.

Eligible customers made purchases between April 1, 2005, and April 13, 2009.

The average payment will be about $300.
