2009 PITTSBURGH -- Pennsylvania residents who own a Dell computer may be eligible for a refund.The payout is part of a multistate settlement stemming from complaints from consumers who thought they were purchasing Dell products with zero- or low-interest financing but didn't qualify and were instead charged higher rates.Eligible customers made purchases between April 1, 2005, and April 13, 2009.The average payment will be about $300.More Information: Attorney General's Web Site
