WTAE Channel 4 is looking for more volunteer advocates to join its Call For Action unit to help give consumers a voice.
Not only will you be helping callers who feel powerless, you will also learn how to deal with these bureaucracies.
We're looking for volunteer advocates who can spend at least four hours a week in our Call For Action unit answering telephones and resolving problems.
