Moon Home Catches Fire Overnight

MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. --
Fire sent a family fleeing from their Moon Township home early Tuesday morning.

Firefighters said flames were shooting through the roof of a home on North Allerton Court when they got to the scene at about 12:30 a.m.

It took them about two hours to bring the flames under control.

No one was hurt, but firefighters said the house looks to be a total loss.

The cause of the fire has not been determined yet.
