The toll free telephone numbers will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until further notice.The Allegheny County Disaster Recovery Center is open at the Community College of Allegheny County, Allegheny campus, Physical Education Building (845 Ridge Ave.). The office will serve as a "one-stop shop for flood recovery programs, services and assistance from the federal, state, county and municipal levels of government," according to a statement from the county Department of Emergency Services.
