2009 PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh CAPA student and percussionist Jason Yoder is having a junior year to remember.The 16-year-old Squirrel Hill resident entertained first lady Michelle Obama and other international spouses when Pittsburgh hosted the G-20 summit in September.Yoder got to play alongside world-renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma, but it was Obama who he made quite the impression on.On Wednesday, Yoder performed for the first lady during a classical music student workshop at the White House."Jason blew me away in Pittsburgh. So much so that when we organized this event, I said, 'Get Jason, get Jason.' Thank you, Jason," said Obama.Yoder said he hopes his trip to the Nation's Capital will prove another stepping stone in his path to becoming a professional musician.
