PITTSBURGH -- A West Virginia woman was arrested Thursday and charged with the murder of Jamie Lynn Penich, a University of Pittsburgh student, last March in South Korea.
Kenzi Noris Elizabeth Snider (pictured, left), 20, was arrested by FBI agents Thursday night at her apartment in Huntington, W.Va. Officials said she confessed to murdering Penich (pictured, right), 21, of Derry, Westmoreland County.

Penich was found strangled and stomped to death March 17 in a hotel room in Seoul, South Korea. She had been spending a semester of her junior year studying at Keimyung University in Taegu, South Korea.
Police found a bloody, size 10 boot print at the scene.
Snider is being held in South Central Regional Jail in Charleston, W.Va. She will have an extradition hearing on March 11.
